Leblon Pontão is where Rio's big wave surfers go when massive SW swells hit the coast. The rocky point at the end of Leblon beach produces powerful rights that hold serious size, making it one of the few spots in the city that doesn't close out on larger days. The wave is fast, punchy, and rewards experienced surfers who commit to the drop.
