Mandiri Beach
Mandiri Beach is possibly the best beach break in all of Indonesia, producing triangular peaks that detonate with thick barrels on the sandy bottom. Located in the Krui region of South Sumatra, it works best during off-season or smaller swells when the sand banks are well-formed. The morning offshore winds create perfect conditions for barrel hunting on shifting peaks. A rare gem for beach break enthusiasts in a country known for its reefs.
